Everyone at OTL is encouraged to visit the communities we work with to gain an appreciation of our partners. We seek to introduce everyone - face to face.

Our aim is that all staff will be with OTL for a long time so that our communities can build long-lasting, trusted partnerships. We focus on career development and long-term career aspirations from the very start.
