Our Purpose

We cultivate and maintain partnerships, leaving a legacy for Aboriginal communities to thrive for generations to come.

Our Vision

Enabling Choices Through Empowered Partnerships.

Our Commitment

Traditional Owners making decisions for their land.

Our Values

Cultural Integrity

We seek to understand, learn and respect the cultural ways across all communities. We approach everything with sensitivity and curiosity.

Self Determination

Decisions rest with community.

Aboriginal Leadership

We honour and respect the previous, present and emerging leadership systems that exist across communities.

Purposeful Partnerships

We work in partnership with community, walking side by side. We are guides through processes and share what we have learned with our partners.

Our Approach

We respect and hold high regard for Aboriginal history, cultural practices, language and knowledge systems. Culture will always come before talking business.
We trust Aboriginal communities to make decisions for their future.
We openly share our resources and knowledge so that communities have the ways and means to make their own decisions for their land and its management.
We cultivate and maintain partnerships that are sustained for future generations.
